Welcome to my new Downtown apartment!

My brand-new apartment is centrally located in Downtown Dubai. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Metro and hotels are easily and fully air-conditioned within walking distance.

From the living and bedroom you can enjoy views of The Frame and the Palace.

The building is part of the Dubai Mall. You can use the lift to go shopping from the apartment. There is a supermarket there, which also offers free delivery to the apartment.

The apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable! Care for the guest is felt every minute of your stay. Upon check-in, we were presented with a fruit basket, and Mimi was in touch 24/7 and delightfully solved all the questions that arose. For example, the washing machine didn't work during our stay, and Mimi called the laundry twice. It was very generous! The location of the apartment building is excellent: the house is connected to the Dubai Mall and the metro through air-conditioned tunnels. There are many grocery stores, cafés and restaurants nearby. We would like to spend our whole life in this apartment!"

Great couch, very nice balcony furniture. Bathroom also very well equipped. Kitchen also very well equipped. WMF cutlery, knife block from Zwilling, etc. Location: outstanding. And last but not least: great pool with view of Burj Khalifa. Gym with high quality equipment and a very spacious changing room, incl. shower. We liked it very much - we would have liked to stay longer. A very special thank you to Mimi, she proactively provided us with info on check in and flat etc.. Very fast, very very friendly communication. Also a big thank you to the cleaning ladies - everything was perfectly cleaned. Thank you very much for a very successful stay!"

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "We chose to stay at Downtown Views during our short stopover in Dubai for its proximity to Dubai Mall. We did not regret this decision. The communication with Mimi from the time of our booking and throughout our stay was exceptional. She responded to our messages quickly and efficiently, only too happy to help which was much appreciated. Check in and key access not a problem. The apartment itself was modern, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning kept us comfortable in the heat/humidity. We only used the washing machine, fridge and kettle so cannot comment on the cooking facilities/kitchen as we ate out most days. Super easy to take the lift and short walking access to Dubai Mall (all without leaving the building!) The supermarket was extremely convenient for day to day items. Some taxis did have an issue finding the building as it's relatively new. Highly recommend."

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "This place is great if you want to stay in the downtown area, where a majority of the sites are. The best place is the mall, so much food and restaurants, in addition to being able to stay nice and cool all day long without walking outside. The place was nice and clean. Nicely air-conditioned great patio. I loved the bed the most, it was extremely comfortable. The only issue I found was the shower. In order to get into the shower, you have to raise your leg up very high. I am 5 feet tall, and it was as high as mid-thigh. But I felt it could be a tad dangerous if I lost my balance getting out of the shower. If you are tall or don't have any physical ailments, then I would say it's okay. I also noticed that the microwave and stove didn't work. I tried to reheat food, but the microwave kept spinning with no heat and the stove just wouldn't turn on and no lighter to test if it had gas. But I also didn't want to bother the owner since it was very early in the morning and our last day there. So it could've been user error 😂. But everything else was exactly as mentioned. The pool was also a big plus that I took advantage of very lovely place! Would visit again if I ever go back to Dubai."

Incredible downtown location with direct access from the building to the largest Mall in the world (a nice surprise) and a nice convenience store just downstairs for shopping. Very spacious apartment with balcony. Refined decoration comfortable bed and equipped in the smallest details never seen before. Mimi gives all the details before our arrival and answers any questions immediately, which is very reassuring. The icing on the cake is a swimming pool on the 9th floor of the building which overlooks downtown and Burj Khalifa, an unreal view from this splendid swimming pool where it is good to rest at the end of the day after intensive visits. In short, for having done many BnBs, George's apartment is just incredible ?"

Being connected to the Dubai Mall, you have tons of different restaurants and coffee shops available within minutes of walking distance, as well as grocery stores. On top of all the activities nearby, the apartment was spotless when we arrived. George is an amazing host and I would highly recommend to book this place ASAP!"

The building is extremely new and is clear from the excellent condition of the flat including everything in it (very comfy bed). If you want to experience Dubai as a toursit then Downtown is very central to everything in Dubai and this flat is very recommended. There is a balcony with a great view over the Palace side however, do note that there are 3 new buildings being built right next door which you can hear early in the morning but stops mid afternoon. George and Mimi were excellent hosts and very communitive and ensured we had everything we need and that they were available if needed. For a perfect location, clean and comfy flat and brilliant hosts then this is the place!"

The space

With a ceiling height of 3.15 meters and floor to ceiling windows, you have enough light coming into the apartment. However, the curtains and drapes allow full visual protection. The furnishing is brand new and of high quality.

 

Guest access

The building has a recreational area on the 9th floor, which is easy to reach via lift.

It contains plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a BBQ area, a top-notch gym with TechnoGym equipment and two beautiful pools with stunning views of Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa.

The 6th floor has a fully air-conditioned entrance to and from Dubai Mall.

Supermarket, cafés and many other shops are just a lift ride away.

 

Connectivity

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is directly connected via the Metro (red line) to my apartment. You don't have to change lines, you don't have to take any stairs, you don't even need to get outside.

If you prefer the Metro, take the red line towards Downtown, get off the train at Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Station and take the Metro Link to The Dubai Mall. Once you are in the Mall, find the Zabeel extension, and you will be essentially at your destination.

There is also a bus terminal in front of the main entrance to Dubai Mall which is essentially connecting you to everywhere relevant. You might want to check out the website from RTA to get an even better understanding of the connectivity of my apartment.

There are shuttle buses between all the airports.
