In order to make life more pleasant for all of us, I have written down my house rules. Please read them and confirm that you will respect them.
- Don't burn down the house. ?
- Please do not smoke/vape, including Shisha ?, not even on the terrace/balcony. You are allowed to smoke/vape in the recreational areas on the 1st floor and in front of the house.
- We love pets, but in the interest of other guests, we can not allow them in.
- No open fire/candles. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.
- Please make sure that the guests booked match the guests staying.
- No parties/events, please.
- Max. 2 visitors who have to be registered with my team and must leave by 10pm.
- Please close the window and balcony/terrace door and lock the apartment door when you leave the apartment.
- Please use the rubbish chute. Don't place rubbish in front of the door or in the toilet.
- Please respect the rules for the common areas like pools and gym.
