Welcome to my big, brand new 2 bedroom super luxury seafront apartment with a big roof terrace!

My brand new, quiet, luxury apartment is located in Port de La Mer, a new development with a private beach and marina. Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Downtown Dubai are only 15 minutes away. The popular La Mer public beach is within walking distance.

From the living room and the bedrooms you can enjoy the view of the sea and the neighboring island of Peral Jumeirah with Nikki Beach. The balcony offers pool, sea and marina views.

The apartment

With a ceiling height of 3.15 meters and big doors and windows, there is enough light in the apartment. However, the curtains allow full privacy. The furnishings, including the fitted kitchen, are brand new and of high quality.

 

Connectivity

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is 15 minutes away.

Shuttle buses operate between all airports.

 

Relax at your leisure at a constant 30°C (86°F) in one of the 5 temperature-controlled pools.

 

Port de La Mer is located at the sea. Soon 200 yachts will come to this marina.

 

The very popular La Mer public beach is within easy reach.

 

The beach is easily accessible on foot and is only 1 minute away.

 

The state-of-the-art gym with the latest range of TechnoGym equipment is located on Floor 1. It's accessible for free by all guests and residents. There are toilets and changing rooms available. The access is through the white door from inside the building (not the glass doors outside). The entrance is 140 cm (55") wide, so easily accessible with a wheelchair.

 

Self check-in is possible, so no need to worry about late arrival.

 

Port de La Mer is a new development in Jumeirah 1, the most prestigious area in Dubai. Port de La Mer is located at the sea.

 

The red buildings, La Cote, are now complete. My apartment is in the building with the red dot C4 and is oriented to the north and the east and has sea views and morning sun.

 

Every day comes with a different sunset. However, they are all romantic and good for your soul.

In Port de La Mer you are always surrounded by water and enjoy great and green scenery.

 

Port de La Mer is green. Much greener than many think. There are Palm trees, bushes and hanging plants everywhere.
